ABOUT US

Washington University Men's Club Volleyball provides undergraduate and graduate students with the opportunity to play volleyball competitively against other universities at regional and national tournaments. We are a Division II program in the NCVF and compete against other club teams in our division in addition to NCAA Division III, NAIA, and NCVF Division I teams. In the past 5 years, we have placed in the Top 10 for our division three times at NCVF Nationals, along with a 5th place finish in 2022.

Being a club program offers the benefits of competing at a high level without the time-consuming constraints of playing a varsity sport. Many of our players are able to fully commit to the team while excelling in classes and being involved in several other extracurricular activities while at Washington University.

If you would like more details about the team, read the FAQs page or send an email to washuvball@gmail.com.

PRACTICES & COMMITMENT

Practices are twice a week from 8:00 PM-10:00 PM on Mondays and Thursdays throughout the entire school year.

They are held in the South Campus Gym, which is a 3-5 minute drive from the Danforth Campus. Rides are provided by players who have cars.

In addition to practices, there are 3 tournaments in the fall semester and 4 tournaments in the spring semester, including Nationals. Tournaments are typically 1-2 days long, and Nationals is 3 days long.
